Bonita Lloyd leads ExtensiveHR with over 23 years of Management and Human Resource experience.  Ms. Lloyd’s strengths include identifying core strategic business drivers, developing infrastructure, and implementing employee involvement programs that improve organizational success at all levels.  Bonita has experience across many industry sectors, as well as a broad expertise in corporate governance, strategy, restructuring, start-up or downsizing, project management, labor management relations, and business change management.

With years of experience as an HR Generalist, Bonita has developed all aspects of the HR department from the ground up.  She specializes in developing cost effective, best practice methods to build strong morale, reduce turnover, and ensure all staff are well trained.  Her energy and passion lead to the effective development and communication of innovative, real world training techniques.
